COVID-19 Onboard Safety

Schooner Clearwater continues to closely monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the community in which we operate.

Our number one priority has always been the safety & health of our crew and passengers. This conviction will continue to guide our decision making as we move forward during this unprecedented event.

The following Policies and Procedures are implemented to keep everyone safe:

  • Reduced passenger capacity on every trip

  • Passengers body temperature will be taken at check in

  • All crew are required to wear face coverings when/where appropriate

  • All crew are required to follow CDC infection control protocols and guidelines on hand washing, hygiene, social distancing, cross contamination

  • Passengers are given hand sanitizer to use upon boarding

  • Hand sanitizing station is available on board

  • Captains safety talk addresses respecting space of other passengers and crew by effectively social distancing from others

  • All hard surfaces and high touch point areas are wiped down with disinfectant before and after every trip
